SM Aslam Talukder (6 December 1964 – 17 February 2008), better known by stage name Manna, was a Bangladeshi film actor and producer. He performed in more than two hundreds films and achieved National Film Award as the "Best Actor" in 2006. == Early life and career == Manna was born in 1964 in the village of Elenga in Tangail District, Manna acted in over 200 movies.〔 Manna's acting career started in 1984 after he was discovered through a talent search program by the National Film Development Corporation of Bangladesh. Manna was the General Secretary of the ''Bangladesh Film Actors Association''. As the General Secretary, he was active in the ongoing movement against vulgarity in the Dallywood film industry. One of the first films that brought him to attention was ''Danga'' (1992). Other commercially successful movies are ''Traash'', ''Chadabaaz'' and ''Amma Jaan''. On average, Manna acted in 10 movies each year. Among films released last year, Manna played lead roles in commercially successful films including ''Shajghar'', ''Khomotar Garom'', ''Moner Shathey Juddho'', ''Machine-man'', ''Ulta-Palta 69'' and ''Shotru Shotru Khela''. Manna received several prestigious awards including a National Film Award for Best Actor in 2005. As an action hero Manna acted collaboration with action director Kazi Hayat acted 20 films & Montazur Rahman Akbar's film 22.
